Over the past 3 decades we have been fortunate to have had an inimitable track record of creating wealth in the real-estate sector. We had a humble beginning in 1989 when we started of selling plots in layouts across Chennai.

We continued this legacy of creating wealth and moved into affordable housing 2 decades later. In a quick span of time, we became a pioneer in this segment and were breaking all records in the segment and reached huge milestones.

By now we were creating wealth multiple times of their investments in plots and housing in fact across a huge client of over 1 lakh customers who had invested with us in plots and housing we had made most of them wealthier many many fold.

We are now embarking on a full-fledged real-estate investment portfolio in products to give the client more realistic and larger returns in a shorter period.
