TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. EOI advance paid at the time of EOI is fully refundable in case this application is rejected.
2. Payment of EOI Advance is only towards a request for allotment and shall be entertained on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers in their interest are advised to enter into the promoter’s Agreement to firm up their chosen Units(s). The company reserves the right to cancel any allotment without assigning any reason and the allottee expressly agree to the same.
3. All cancelled allotment arising out of default by the allottee shall be allotted to any other prospective purchasers as per the discretion of the company. No contractual obligations arise on receipt of EOI advance. Consequential Liability of any kind is neither expressed nor implied, until the signing of the agreement of sale.
4. Assured rentals are subject to the terms and conditions in the lease agreement.
